Privacy Policy
This is a practical early-alpha privacy overview for ScoreTrack. It is intended to explain how the product works today while the service is still small and invite-oriented.
What ScoreTrack Stores
ScoreTrack lets users create accounts, competitions, teams, events, results, badges, and participant profiles. To make those features work, the app stores basic account data such as email address, display name, password hash, session data, plan, and site or competition management permissions.
The app also stores competition data such as competition names, descriptions, visibility settings, sport templates, participants, teams, rosters, event results, badges, activity entries, and in-app notifications.
Public, Unlisted, And Private Competitions
Public competitions and their related public pages are visible to anyone. This may include standings, event results, participant profiles, team pages, badges, and share text.
Unlisted competitions are not shown in the public homepage/dashboard listings, but they can still be viewed by anyone with the direct link.
Private competitions are restricted to the competition owner and competition admins. Signed-out users and unauthorized signed-in users should not be able to view private competition or event pages.
Account And Profile Identity
Signed-in users may link one participant profile after an organizer assigns a matching participant email and the user confirms the link. Linked profiles can show public profile information such as display name, bio, badges, results, and team/captain context.
Operational Use
ScoreTrack may keep lightweight server logs and activity records to help debug issues, protect the service, and operate the product during alpha. The app does not currently include email marketing, ads, payment processing, or external social publishing integrations.
Early Alpha Notice
ScoreTrack is still early. Data practices may change as the product matures, and this page should be updated before a broader public launch.
